Welcome to the City Blue Ridge Manor of Kentucky
Blue Ridge Manor is a sixth class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. It operates under a Mayor and Commission form of government. The 2010 Census population was 767.  In addition to a beautiful residential area with various condo complexes, association and private homes, the City of Blue Ridge Manor also has a small commercial/business area, as well as  a wonderful quiet municipal park, known as Hardesty Park.

Blue Ridge Manor Commission Meetings
Regular meetings are scheduled on the 4th Monday of every month at the Middletown Fire Department, Division  #2. The next meeting will be held Monday, June 26, 2017 at 7:00 PM. All citizens are welcome and encouraged to attend!


The Blue Ridge Manor ANNUAL PICNIC was a huge success! Lovely weather, cold drinks, hot BBQ, frozen treats, and great neighbors! We are grateful to all who helped organize the event and all who attended! City-wide events truly take a village to put together. Blue Ridge Manor is fortunate to have some fantastic Village People!

- Cari Adkins for securing Boudreaux's New Orleans' Style Sno-Balls. Two hours of unlimited sno-balls for all! 
- Claudine Mears for connecting us to Playground Inflatables who supplied a fabulous gigantic inflatable! 
- Megan Mears and Jim McDaniel for leading a well-attended drum circle!
- Aimee Leow for hosting the planning committee meeting and creating the colorful picnic flier. 
- Nick Leow for supplying 7 hours worth of tunes that were enjoyed by all!
- Carrie Cross for buying a mountain of chips for the event. 
- Carrie Cross, her sons Luke and Graham, 
Suzi and Jesse Fraser, their daughter Ruby, and baby Penelope for delivering picnic fliers in the neighborhood. 
- Jesse Fraser for painting the electrical outlet boxes in the park to increase their visibility. 
- Mayor Carla and her son Simeon for setting up patio umbrellas for much-needed shade! 
- Elizabeth McDaniel and her husband Jim for buying supplies and icing down the drinks. 

Speed Humps Are Coming Soon! - The City of Blue Ridge Manor is installing speed humps on several streets in an effort to reduce speeding. The first two humps will be installed before the end of April in the vicinity of 10109 Afton and 118 Blue Ridge Road. After a brief test period, three additional humps will be installed on Radford Road, Blue Fields and a second location on Blue Ridge Road.
